Battlefield Bootcamp is a 60-minute class where you will experience a high-intensity combination of striking and strength training. The class begins with 30 minutes of intense striking exercises, where you'll learn and practice various striking techniques and improve your coordination and agility.
After the striking session, you'll transition into 30 minutes of strength training designed to build explosiveness and power to take your boxing to the next level.

Tactical Athlete is an intense, full-body strength and cardio class designed to elevate your performance and push your limits. This diverse class consists of various high-intensity training methodologies, including HIIT (High-intensity interval training), TABATA, EMOM (every minute on the minute), and AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) exercises. You can expect to burn up to 700 calories!

Warrior Cardio is a high-energy class combining explosive, full-body exercises with challenging bodyweight and equipment circuits. Prepare to push your limits and test your endurance as you engage in a variety of heart-pumping movements. All-level athletes are welcome!

Anthony is a seasoned boxing and Muay Thai coach who has dedicated over 25 years to training in the art of boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. Having competed at the professional level, Anthony’s passion for striking led him to redirect his energy toward coaching. As a versatile coach, he caters to individuals at all levels of expertise. Anthony has a passion for nurturing the next generation of young boxers, helping guide and mentor them to reach their full potential.
Alex Komatick
Alex is a highly skilled Valhalla Mindset coach specializing in cardio, strength, and conditioning. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and an experienced amateur MMA fighter, Alex deeply understands combat sports. His true passion lies in cardio training, where he has honed his skills by creating personalized HIIT programs. These programs have enhanced his abilities and granted him the opportunity to compete in the highly competitive realm of MMA. With his expertise and dedication, Alex is a valuable asset to any athlete seeking to improve their performance.
